About Laura Evans

After years of assisting family and friends with decorating their homes, Laura Evans realized that she wanted to turn her passion into a career. Graduating from The Heritage School of Interior Design in 2004, she launched Laura Evans Interiors. Laura is also the owner of the Urban I.D. Interior Design Studio located in the Pearl district.  Urban I.D. is a retail location with unique bedding and accessories, along with a fabulous team of experienced interior designers.  A perfect compliment to each other, both businesses  have become a rewarding venture.

Laura’s outgoing and cheerful personality make the entire design process an enjoyable one for all involved. Believing that the design process does not need to be difficult or expensive, she will guide you through the complete project ensuring that your true personality is reflected.

Laura enjoys working on all types of interior projects, but does find window treatments to be her favorite. She finds that the difference a custom window treatment makes in a room is one of the best ways to get the most impact for your design dollars.

Residing in Portland her entire life, she enjoys free time with her husband David, sons Clark and Eric, and a couple of dogs to keep things interesting!
